Training Plans

From walkers to experienced 5k runners there is  plan for you

Pick the Right Plan for You

  • The Beginner plan is for anyone new to running without any prior running experience
  • The Genesis Graduate plan is for those that recently completed the Genesis beginner plan and are currently running 30 minutes 3 times per week
  • The Runner plan is the next level up from Grads and requires you to be currently running 15 miles per week
  • The Walker plan is a great way to establish an healthy habit of exercise and to prepare you for the Beginner plan.
